Our pricing structure

Please see details of the pricing structure for our Training, Consultancy, Supervision and Mentoring, and Clinical Practice services.

The costs below indicate pricing for a project which requires involvement from only one of our therapists. Where more therapists are required, for example for a training session with over 30 participants or where the project is complex and requires skills and knowledge across specialities, the cost will increase.

These prices listed are for online services. Where therapists are required to visit a site, prices will increase to cover expenses.
training and consultancy

Public Sector and Not-for-profit organisations

  • Hourly Rate: from £150 (min 2 hours)
  • Half-Day Rate:  from £450
  • Full-Day Rate:  from £850
  • Project-Based Fees: Negotiable, based on scope and duration
training and consultancy

Private Sector organisations

  • Hourly Rate: £175 (min 2 hours)
  • Half-Day Rate: £550
  • Full-Day Rate: from £1000
  • Workplace Wellbeing Programs (1–3 Months):  from £3000
  • Ongoing Consultancy Retainer: £1,000 – £2,000 per month
training and consultancy

Training for Individuals

  • Pre-recorded Courses: £30 – £100 per person, depending on duration and depth.
  • Live Online Workshops: £50 – £100 per person, based on session length and content.
  • Course Bundles: £150 – £200 for multiple courses (discounted rate for booking more than one course).
supervision and mentoring

All clients

  • Individual Supervision (per hour): from £70
  • Group Supervision (per hour, max 5 people):  from £200
  • Project-Based Mentoring: Price available upon request (depending on project scope and duration)
CLINICAL PRACTICE

All clients

  • Initial Consultation (30 minutes):  £30
  • Standard Therapy Session (50 minutes): £75
  • Walk-and-Talk Therapy (50 minutes): £80 (due to the additional preparation and travel involved)
