Australian Orthopaedic Association Annual Conference

John Benson QC recently accepted an invitation to attend the Australian Orthopaedic Association Annual Conference in Perth as a guest speaker. He gave a talk on the topic of the role of the medical expert in clinical negligence claims  'the trials and tribulations.' John says: 'this was a great opportunity to visit Australia and to enjoy meeting experts from across the world at such a prestigious event. The warmth of the hospitality from my hosts was  wonderful and the trip will live long in my memory.'
